1.PRIVACY POLICY

TRU Merchandise Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:

2. RETURN POLICY and DELIVERY

Delivery times will vary by product but stock items we aim to have with you in 4-10 days in Main land UK, whilst non-stock items such as teamwear we aim to have with you in 4 to 12 weeks (normal lead times for us is 4 to 6 weeks) once the order has been placed and final confirmation has been received, depending on the brand and time of the year. Some teamwear orders may take longer than 4 weeks but we will specify that to you. For stock items if your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please allow 28 days for delivery of stock items. We however can not guarantee delivery dates.
We can not refund courier or postage charges for returned goods. We charge postage and courier fees for exchange items sent out to you.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Credit card security is provided by PROTX at their secure server. You must provide us with the original INVOICE and dispatch note. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights as a condumer.

3. ORDER PROCESS:

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email and an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties on receipt of goods. You will be liable for these duties.
For online sales we must receive the full payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order. You’ll receive an email from us confirming that we received your order and stating that order has been accepted and dispatched to your preferred address. Only when we have accepted your order a contract would exist between us.

4. PRICES:

The prices set out on our website and brochures are in Pound Sterling and exclude UK and European VAT of 20%. You are solely responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties and other taxes that may apply in the country to which the products are delivered. Delivery and shipping charges may apply. We try and ensure that all our prices are correct on our website and brochures but errors sometimes may occur. If we discovered that we charged you wrongly we shall contact you as soon as possible with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we can’t contact you we’ll cancel the order and refund all monies paid by you for the particular order. We do reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

5. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Where confirmation was given on teamwear orders we can not cancel the order after 2 days. However if you want to cancel your order you need to do so in writing to:

We can only accept a cancellation of your order if we receive the goods back in the same condition as sold in the original packaging and with all the swing tickets attached and without being worn. We will make a refund in full if the reason for the return is because of our erroe or if the products are defective, damaged or incorrect quantity. To return a product under this RETURNS and CANCELLATION POLICY please send it to the RETURNS DEPARTMENT address as set out in 2. RETURNS POLICY and DELIVERY.

6. SAMPLES and PRODUCT LIABILITY:

Samples are charged for including delivery charges and are NON-RETURNABLE. No liability will be accepted for products embroidered or branded by a third party.
